We aim to make appointments when it best suits you. There are some time slots that are popular due to work etc. are in high demand.
Sometimes we can arrange an appointment at short notice for emergency slots.
For that reason, we would like to inform you that we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you are no longer able to keep an appointment, then you need to inform us by 48 hours prior to your appointment. We will send you reminders about any up coming appointments if you have provided with contact information so that you have been made aware of any scheduled appointments.
In the instance that an appointment has been missed and we have not been informed in this 48-hour notice period there may be charge applied. This can be £25 for appointments up to 30 mins and £40 for longer appointments.
